Home Finding Assistance
Our Home Finding Assistance includes researching all possible rental sources, provides guidance, arrange and monitor realtor if home purchase is requested, accompanied viewing appointments and leasing assistance to ensure the transferee secures the best property based on their indicated requirements.
Before the arrival of the transferee to be relocated to the destination location, Dada shall:
- Consult by telephone with transferee to determine his/her housing needs;
- Research available rental housing according to indicated requirements;
- Inform and consult with Realtor if home purchase assistance is required;
- Inform transferee by telephone of the various arrangements and establish the house-hunting trip date;
- Arrange viewing appointments for rental properties and/or establish itinerary for home purchase viewings.
Upon arrival of the transferee relocating to the destination location, Dada shall:
- Meet the transferee at the destination airport or hotel;
- Provide transferee with Welcome Package for new city;
- Accompany transferee to viewing appointments;
- Provide assistance with leasing arrangements and documentation;

After completion of steps 1 and 2, Dada shall:
- Provide transferee general orientation tour to his/her new neighbourhood;
- Return transferee to airport or hotel.
